The tiara has open marquis shapes lined with clear rhinestones with larger iridescent crystals set in the openings and side by side along the base. A comb centers in the back to hold the tiara in place. The design graduates to a 1 ½ inch height and has a 2 ¾ inch width for a sparkly hair ornament that can be an accent for adults or tiara for children.
