Sheer fabric forms this premade hat ruffle trim. Tiny silver beads arre sprinkled in the design and sewn in place. Apply the hat trim to hats of your own or choose from the dress or casual hat categories. The trims are most commonly applied with a hot glue gun, but use the glue carefully so that it doesn't show through the mesh. The trim comes in popular colors and can be seen on hat, DH139.
