The extravagant trim of this ladies dress hat won’t be for everyone. They fall hats use firm felt to create an appealing shape with squared crown and 3 ½ inch wide brim. The designer creates trim that will be a little overdone for more conservative customers. Horsehair ruffles extend from the edge of the brim and decorate the sides of the crown. Rows of pearlized beading line the brim’s border to hold the ruffles in place. Appliqués space along the upper side of the brim.
